Tanya Isaie, Esq.
President & CEO
Tanya Isaie is President and CEO of Girlz with Goals, the organization that inspires the girls of Jamaica to be future leaders and set commendable goals. She establishes strategic partnerships with various national organizations dealing with youth development, parent involvement, and student support programs and services. Tanya brings more than twenty (20) years of legal experience from private practice and government service. As a native Jamaican, Tanya has made it her mission to set the girls of Jamaica on a path of leadership and excellence. Tanya holds a B.B.A. degree from Howard University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
Natalie Coache
Chief of Staff
Natalie Sophia Coache is a Human Resources (HR) expert, Wall Street veteran, and published author. She is a graduate of Howard University where she graduated summa cum laude. Natalie is an accomplished, transformative Consultant and HR Executive with a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her 25+ years of global leadership experience span Financial Services, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Executive Search, and the Non-Profit sectors. Natalie is the Owner & CEO of NSCW Coaching Solutions. She is living out her purpose through the roles of mother, author (Rainbow Rainbow), global citizen, mentor, servant leader, developmental women’s advocate, and philanthropist.
Karlene Kiminyo
Director of Operations
Karlene Kiminyo was born in Kingston, Jamaica and emigrated to New York at the age of ten. She received both a Bachelor & Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Howard University, Washington, DC. Upon graduating, she pursued a career in international consulting as a Project Manager, Staff Engineer, and Team Leader. She is an accomplished technical leader with strong analytical, planning, development, and implementation skills in engineering consulting. In addition, she has served as a reliable and unwavering volunteer with school, church, and local organizations. This opportunity has allowed her to serve not only her family but her local community.
Ellie Nelson
Creative Director
Ellie Nelson is an artist and community development professional. She is currently the Global Women's Health Program Coordinator at the University of Illinois Chicago. She brings to GWG, training from the Obama Foundation Community Leadership Corps and a United Nations Association Engage and Embassy fellowship. She also specializes in designing civic engagement and community service programming. Ellie joined forces with Girlz With Goals in 2017 as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Ellie holds a BA in Arabic Studies from DePaul University and is currently enrolled in an MBA program at the University of Illinois Chicago.
Dr. Gregory Thomas, O.D
Advisor
Dr. Gregory Garth Thomas, is a distinguished figure in the medical field. With a passion for healing and a commitment to excellence, he has dedicated his career to advancing healthcare in his community. As a respected physician, Dr. Thomas specializes in general surgery, where he combines clinical expertise with compassionate care to improve the lives of his patients. Beyond his medical practice, he serves as an Associate Dean at the All American Institute of Medical Sciences Jamaica.
